Privacy Policy

How customer data is collected, protected, and used in the portal.

This page summarizes the portal privacy approach. For the full legal agreement, also review the Terms & Conditions.

Data We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration, including your name, contact details, login credentials, consent choices, and health records linked to your registered healthcare provider. Health data (screenings, medications, appointments) is classified as sensitive personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and is handled with heightened protection.

How We Use Data

Your data is used to provide customer portal access, connect screening records, support appointment workflows, and help your healthcare provider deliver services to you. Data is processed only for purposes you have consented to and as permitted under PDPA 2010.

How We Protect Data

We use secure transport (HTTPS), access controls, server-side session management, and structured access logging for all health data requests. Patient data is not persisted beyond your browser session. You should keep your password private and contact your healthcare provider if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP) at www.pdp.gov.my. Some health records may need to be retained for regulatory or clinical reasons. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

Contact And Requests

For data access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal requests, contact your registered healthcare provider. You may also email [email protected].
